Mr. Scott graduated from Arizona State University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2002 with Order of the Coif distinction. Mr. Scott was associate editor of the Oregon Law Review, participated in mediation training, and was a member of the Bankruptcy Moot Court Team.
While a student, Mr. Scott served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Frank R. Alley, III, of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Oregon. Following his admission to the Oregon State Bar in 2002, Mr. Scott has practiced in Eugene. Mr. Scott joined the firm as an associate in September 2005. |
