Mr. Tinker graduated from the University of Michigan in 1986. He moved
to Dallas to attend law school at Southern Methodist University,
graduating in 1989. His practice in Dallas consists of a variety
of civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on representing security
guard companies in the numerous matters that arise in that industry,
including employment law and personal injury defense. Todd has tried
cases and handled appeals in both state and federal courts. He anticipates
that his practice in Oregon will continue to emphasize complex and
commercial civil litigation matters as well as litigation that arises
out of the firm’s bankruptcy practice. Mr. Tinker joined the
firm with an “Of Counsel” relationship in January 2003.
