Dawnne L. Linenbrink, CLAS, CBA

 
obtained her paralegal certificate from Northeastern Junior College in Sterling, Colorado, and is certified by the National Association of Legal Assistants. She obtained her bankruptcy and real estate specialty certifications from the National Association of Legal Assistants, her Certified Bankruptcy Assistant certification from the Association of Bankruptcy Judicial Assistants, and is qualified by the National Association of Legal Assistants to provide CPsm (certified paralegal) services. She was the first paralegal in Oregon to obtain specialty certifications in bankruptcy and in real estate. She has been a paralegal since February 1983. Her expertise is in the areas of bankruptcy, debtor-creditor rights, litigation, and real estate.

Ms. Linenbrink is the firm's administrator and senior paralegal. She has been associated with members of the firm since May 1990. She is a member of the Pacific Northwest Paralegal Association, a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants, an associate member of the Debtor-Creditor Section and a member of the Law Practice Management section of the Oregon State Bar, a member of the Association of Legal Administrators, and a member of the Oregon Legal Management Association. She has held various elected and appointed positions with the National Association of Legal Assistants. In November 2003, Ms. Linenbrink was appointed to serve as an at-large member of the executive committee of the Oregon State Bar Law Practice Management Section and is currently serving as its Chair-Elect.
